Orlando, Florida — January 30 - February 3, 2012
This workshop was presented as a part of the North American Division Health Summit, a well-attended and inspiring event from start to finish. There were 41 registered for the CHIP Leadership Training Workshop (one of the largest classes), 39 of whom received certificates of completion. The teaching team included Stephan Herzog, the new General Manager for CHIP in North America; Harold Burden; Kathy Pflugrad; Kathy Randall; and Dena Guthrie.

This Basic Leadership Training Workshop precedes the annual CHIP Summit and begins Tuesday, November 13 at 1:00 pm and ends Wednesday, November 14 at 5:00 pm.
